Quick and Easy Vegetarian Side Dish: Mushrooms
This delicious and vegetarian-friendly mushroom side dish is sure to be a hit with friends and family members alike. You can easily adapt this recipe (courtesy of AllRecipes.com) for big groups, or for smaller parties or individuals.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, if preferred
1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp salt or other seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter over medium heat in a standard skillet. Add the mushrooms and sprinkle the salt thoroughly over it. Cook until mushrooms become softer and darken in texture; this will take approximately 10 minutes.
